I'm a canadian citizen, joined a new job on TN last yr and went to the border to get the visa. Now i'm thinking of renewal by mail and have a few questions. For Q2 in part 2, do I check b which is continuation of previously approved employment without change with the same employer. If yes, what would be the petition receipt number (Q3) and prior petition or application receipt number (Q4). What would be the requested action (Q5). Also, in part 5, what would be LCA case number (Q3); NAICS code (Q4). I'm stuck, please help!
