I was denied a TN visa last week at Vancouver. My Title in the offer of emplyment is a Field Engineer. The agent told me that my co. should prove that I will be working directlywith an engineer. Does somebody knows who I can turn to for help? Do you think I have a second chance? Thanks.

Is there an engineer with bachelors in your firm to support your claim that you would be working per his/her instructions. You have to get a detailed responsibilities that shows what he/she does, and how directly your responsibilities matches to his/her directions. attach a copy of his/her certificate and you will be fine
