undefinedHi everyone,

I am a young Canadian citizen and got an offer from one U.S insurance company.

I applied for TN visa at the Pearson Airport last week and got rejected.
The reason is that my employment letter is pretty worse.
And I asked the company to rewrite the letter and I would like to apply again in a couple of days.

The officer told me that he put me in the volunteer withdraw category so that I wont be banned from U.S for 5 yrs. And he recorded my name, height, weight in the computer.

my question is when I appy again at the airport, does the first time denial have any impact on my second trial?

also, how many times can I reapply?

Thanks a lot for your help! I really appreciate it.

Get your company to get thier act together and fix the letter. I got denied the first time, and when I asked, the officer told me I can come back as soon as my documentation is corrected, even as soon as the next morning. I was approved 2 weeks later without any problems after the company's lawyer sent me a corrected letter.

Thanks , curiousGeorge & bzuccaro.

The HR from the company told me this has never happened in the past,
my other freind told me he only showed his offer letter and was granted a TN visa.

How would you feel about posting the letter that got you denied? I would love to see what a bad letter looks like in comparison to the on eI am going to use next week.
