Hello All,
First of all, thanks for providing posts on this forum. i have found the information very useful.
I will have my interview tomorrow in Pearson. I have been advised that I will be scrutinized due to the fact that i'm married to an American and we withdrew my application for residency under the advice of my attorney. The reason being that we intend to move back to Canada at some point. We were already rejected at the border (voluntary withdraw) due to the fact that I made it be known that I have a job offer and was waiting for the TN paperwork to be mailed.
Do you have any advice on how to deal with this intent issue at the Pearson POE? Even though my wife fully wishes to come back to Canada to complete her PhD, we understand that this might not be reasonable enough... Any advice as to how to maximize my probability of success is gladly welcome... We really do intend to come back, but this will likely be questioned. I will not be travelling with her to maximize probability of success. Rejection will be very costly both emotionally and financially.
