TN Visa Holder - married to GC Holder - TN up for renewal

First of all - great forum here.

I am a Canadian citizen and current TN VISA Holder (under the Management Consultant category).
I am married to a GC Holder (not an american Citizen)
My TN is up for renewal in Jan 2007. I am still with the current employer.

My questions:

1. What advice would you give in terms of renewing my TN Visa. Does being married to a GC holder imply Immigration Intent (I was not married at the time of getting my first TN)? Will I have any problems at the border when renewing my TN? Will they even ask this question? (I don't want to lie if they ask if I'm married.)

2. Should I consider applying for EAD thru I-130, 485, 785? Is this a better a route than a TN renewal? As my TN Expires in a month, can I renew and then apply for EAD?

3. I do not work for a management consulting firm - but my job is that of a management consultant. Do you have any suggestions to improve my chances of getting renewed as I understand this category is highly scrutinized?

4. And finally - I have another job offer - but have not received the TN Paperwork yet. Is it ok to renew my current TN and then get another TN if the job offer goes thru? Will it look bad on my file if I apply for another TN in quick succession after getting my renewal? Am I still legal/in-status if I have both TNs at the same time(to allow for the 2 week transition period while switching jobs)

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Um... I live with a GC and am also on my 10th TN and was told by a very reputable attorney not to marry as it would be construed as "immigrant intent.
I would see a lawyer pronto about this and the fact you're in and probably renewing as an MC TN.
You can have as many TN's as you can possibly have jobs for and they can overlap. As long as your current TN isn't due to run out a week or so before or during your application for TN #2 you should be okay.

1.It doesn't have any specific immigrant intent, however it would be best not to mention the issue anyway.

2.Did your spouse become a GC holder before or after you got married? if before then you cannot get a GC from them until they become a citizen. There aren't any slots open for GC holder sponsering a spouse - long backlog - so as you can't file a I-485 until the slot it avalible, you can't get an EAD. If you were married before the spouse was approved for GC, then you can apply.

3.If you got the TN once, you will most likely get it again.

4. Having two TN's is perfectly fine. No worries at all.
