TN Visa Extension

Hi All,

This is urgent for me.
Can i go to the peace bridge Port of entry for the TN visa extension on Nov 21,Nov,2020? Please advise me.

You won't be classed as an extension or renewal. It will be a new TN visa.

I am working with this employer from one year and i am going for same employer too? Still it is new one?

To get a TN extension your employer would need to file I-129. If you go to border, it is a new application. If this is how you got initial TN, just bring same documentation and updated TN letter.

You can go to any border, not just peace bridge. I read posts here in this forum, people went to different POEs like Ambassador Bridge, Detroit, Rainbow Bridge, NY and Peace Bridge etc., Take complete documentation with you so that you can present it in case the border officers ask for it
