TN Visa Enquiry

I am canadian citizen and I have microbiology degree and I had applied for TN for CSA position 3 years ago and it was rejected because of I have B.Sc in Microbiology and I was going for CSA position.so I took H1B .


I am planning to do MS in Computer Science to qualify for TN visa so I can change employer.

will I qualify for TN after MS in Computer Science.

Interesting question. One would think so, as a masters is regarded as a higher level of education than a bachelors. Are you getting the MS from a U.S. University? If so then you could get an H1 in the masterscategory which has less people vying for it (they still run out, but you stand a better chance). By the time you get you masters, there may be more H1's availble.
