TN Transfer Questions

Hi, I am transfering my TN from one Employer to another by mail.

1) Does anyone know if I-129 requires you to show paystubs for TN transfer like you do for H1-B?
2) I understand the waiting period for TN renewal is 2 months. If my new employer request me to start working before I get my new TN, can I do this?
3) Also, has anyone ever done this? What was your experience like? Please feel free to share your thoughts.

-- It is not required, but you can send it - doesn't hurt.

2) I understand the waiting period for TN renewal is 2 months. If my new employer request me to start working before I get my new TN, can I do this?

-- You cannot start working for your new employer before your TN approval.

3) Also, has anyone ever done this? What was your experience like? Please feel free to share your thoughts.

-- I had done this (Mail-in TN for the new employer), no problems were encountered. I had used the premium processing.

Thanks for your reply. Did you happen to fill this out your self or did you always need a lawyer to fill out the I-129?

Fortunately, my company lawyer handled this task, I did not have to do it.
