Hi I have a TN that is good for Apr 2007, I got another offer, so now I need to re-aply for TN again, if I get rejected for some reason, would I also lose my current TN (the one good for Apr 2007)
even if your new application is denied, your existing TN remains valid, unless of course you have quit your job that was related to the existing TN. The instant you are no longer working for the employer that sponsered you for your existing TN you are out fo status.
