TN renew sent to California, not VSC?

I submitted my online application of TN renew. On the receipt, It was said to send the supporting doc to Californa Center. I remember that somebody mentioned that all TN renew will be sent to VSC. Am I wrong? Also I have a n approved I-140, and waiting Visa Current. Does Califoria Center familiar with this kind of case?

CSC handles the overflow work from Vermont. Your petition being sent to CSC is completely normal. And yes they know how to handle your case just as much as any other center.
 
Same thing happened to me last year. I sent in a request for a new TN with a different company by mail to the VSC in May. Since I had not heard anything back by August, I had to renew my existing TN. I did this online and it sent it to the CSC.

VSC was transitioning to do TN's in the spring/summer of 2006. Previously TNs were all done at Nebraska. Now that Vermont (and California) have fully transitioned, the wait times are less than 2 months.
