TN Management Consultant Questions

What questions should i expcect from border officers when applying for TN MC position? Are there certain ways i should be paid, ie. on company payroll, as an independant consultant, etc?

you can be on W2 or 1099 how you pay taxes is your concern and not the concern of CBP.

I have been to the border 4 times now i was never asked anything just be honest and make sure you have an air tight application. Oh did i tell you they read the TN letter carefully? they do so please make sure your letter is air tight. I know that you either should have a 5 year experience or a degree. I was asked for a degree every time i went to the Buffalo POE. If you have a degree i would suggest to go their, the CBPO are extremely professional (my opinion is that they all look for a degree especially with MC) Just my humble opinion.

Oh did i mention to be honest? BE HONEST and its extremely simple
 
In my experience at the Peace Bridge, i was in front of the officer for less than 5 minutes, they asked if I had a degree, which I do not, but I satisfy the experience requirement. The entire expericence was professional and quick.
