I wonder if I should buy a TN kit (www.tnvisaexpert.com). Any advice? Has anyone used it?

i would not use it. instead use the information on this website. it even has a sample TN letter, which of course is the most important part of the application.

Yeah definatly don't waste your money. Those things are usually set up by lawyers to over price something very simple. For instance a form say N-400 which takes little effort to do to file and do yourself, many lawyers will change a couple of hundred to do that for you. The TNkit is kind of the same way, just an overpriced thing that you can do and find for free on the net...
