I am assuming for new TN appliations unless there is a technical issue with the application
(incorrect documentation , interpretation) the CBP officer will ask you to come back with his correction inputs.
If something is not upto mark can the applicant can return the same week with the updated documentation and get the
TN permit would be issued.
I am all set to go next week with an Engg degree for an engineering job.If somebody can let me know
Sarnia / Buffalo with some officer whom they know @ regualr hours I would appreciate it.
My TN file is from the lawyer.
