TN at Toronto Airport

Hi; I have an offer from a U.S. company and I am planning to fly to states for one day and get TN Status. I am canadian citizen and I have a question regarding name difference in my Degree and Passport. I have degree from a U.S. university and in that my name is (e.g. John Adam Smith) but in my passport it is (e.g. Smith John Adam). The name in passport is in the correct order.

This difference has been for quite some time and I have had H1 in the past, but this is the first time I will apply for TN. Do you think there will be a problem. If I try to correct my name in degree it will take a while cause I graduated 15 years ago. I never had problem in getting H1 with same degree in the past.

What should I do.

It's a strange problem, but since you haven't had any problem with H1's, you probably shouldn't worry yourself about it. I suspect that your name isn't a European type name, but rather Asian or Indian. As such it's pretty common to have documents where the name is in different orders.
