Title prefixed in the name in birth certificate

The birth certificate has the word Ku prefixed to the name. Ku is short for Kumari that is Hindi word for Miss. For example if person's name is Sania Mirza the BC mentions it as

Ku Sania Mirza

this is similar to writing

Miss Sania Mirza

While this is very common in India and everyone there would know, here in US it may be interpreted as if Ku is firstname, Sania is middle name and Mirza is last name.

Would this cause a problem in I-485? Any solution other than trying to get a new birth certificate?
