Not only will the Computer Systems Analyst job title work, it is one of the only job titles allowed for IT. You also have to make sure that the job duties are consistent with a CSA and not one for a programmer or programmer analyst. Do you have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science to back it up and the necessary previous work experience?
One purpose of the TN Visa Employer/Application letter is to inform the Immigration Officer which NAFTA Occupation you are applying under.
If the title being used is the same as in the NAFTA Occupation List, then that's easy - as it is in your case.
