Hello Everyone,

Hope you are well and please answer to my question if you have experienced anything like this or have knowledge on it.

I applied for asylum in 2017 and was interviewed on September 26. I was originally scheduled to pick up the decision on October 10, but it was canceled, and I was informed that the decision would be mailed instead.
Before the interview, I couldn’t add my case to the USCIS online portal, but I could track it on the case tracker app. Initially, the app showed my asylum receipt number with the title "I-589." However, it has now changed to "I-765," with the updated history appearing on both the app and the USCIS portal.
In addition, I applied for an EAD renewal in July 2024, which has a separate receipt number. Prior to the interview, it showed as "actively being reviewed," but since then, there has been no change in the EAD status.

History of EAD receipt :

We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and sent you a receipt notice. July 16, 2024

What does the title change means and does history means they made decision on my asylum case, does it means it is approved?

Thank you for the reply in Advance.
