Title Change while waiting for 485

Hi,
I filed for 485 in Jun07 and have approved EAD and AP. Since i am working with the same company, i am still using my H1 status.
My job title is going to change (same field, same dept) to "Manager -xxxx". Does this make any difference in my 485 application or my H1 status?
Do i need to notify USCIS about the title change?

I doubt that can cause I-485 problem,

But I am sure your employer must file I-129 ammend to inform USCIS that your title is changed.

It happened with me (no changes except for title and salary), company has filed ammend.
