Tips on When/How To Call the INS

Guys,

I\'ve been trying to call the INS to discuss my FP status.

I have never gotten through. Either I get a busy tone
or "All circuits are busy". Does anyone get the second
message.

When is the best time/day to call the INS. Do people just
sit there for hours hitting the re-dial button?

Yes - second message also comes often -

I had tried different methods on different days - one was quick re-dials - no special function, just that work phone m/c can do re-dial very quickly (and then I was getting second msg more often) - second was to re-dial but give a pause , like 1-second before pressing re-dial - I got connected the day I was trying the second method.

Also, be aware that even after u get through - it can be 25-30 minutes or more wait for IIO.

In my case, even after all this pain, IIO was not able to confirm \'good quality\' for FP!! Good luck to you.
