Tips for stamp your passport in Philly

I got my passport stamped yesterday in Phil. My suggestions is following if you have to stamp your passport over there.

1. Bring all your i-94s, passport, EAD cards (you do not need them any more, after IIO stamps your passport) and $3 coins for car parking.
2. Get there earlier (before 8:30)
3. Do not go to room 650 instead rush to get your ticket at window 5 in the lobby.
4. Get out to take your pictures ( do not pay more than $5 for your picture take, even they ask $25 for each. I pay $12 for my family --- 3 persons).
5. With your pictures, go back to INS and wait ( Maybe half a hour later, you will be out there forever with "smile" on your face).

This is my 5th time to go to INS office. I hate it !!!!!!!! I do wanna smash the dame INS.

I have a question regarding the photo. How come you get to bargain for photos. Where is it taken?

Well, Our card is in the printer right now at VSC. Gone to the printing dept on 16 th of NOv according to IIO. Our pp is not yet stamped though. They never asked for a photo for gc. They used the same photo which we had given at the time of applying Advance Parole.

Post details when you get plastic card. I stamped on 11/15/00. It looks like it takes around 6 months to get the card by mail.
