My I-485 case was transferred from CSE to the INS phoenix office in October. The case is long over due. The notice date is June 2002. I had my second finger prints finally on 11/10/04.
My lawyer thinks that I should be getting an interview call from phoenix pretty soon. Meanwhile my EAD is expiring in early march.
1) Does any body knows how long it takes to get a EAD from a local office. Can i make an schedule an appointment and go. Would they give me a card the same day or would they take their time.
Should i just wait for the interview call or go ahead and apply for EAD.
