My parents visa is expiring in First week of April and filed for extention on March 10, haven't received any rceipt from BCIS. Not sure even whether BCIS has opened the package also or not.
Can they still stay till ther get approval/denial notice from BCIS?
Is there a time frame that it should be applied in like only 45 days before the visa expiry date, otherwise if <45 days gap then they are considered illegal in USA.
