Timeline help

For those who've been through entrie process, I'm a bit lost with timeline when to apply for what.. Lets say

Got married to USC Jan 1st 2009 and received cond. GS June 1st 2009. When should I apply to remove conditions and when should I apply for citizenship?

Between March and June of 2011. Naturalization March and June 2012, assuming your spouse has been a US citizen for 3 years. You will still need to be married to her till you take the oath. Application for removal of conditions and naturalization can be done 90 days prior to anniversary. You need to meet certain requirements. Look at USCIS.gov, under naturalization.
