I had posted a discussion on "When will VSC process OCT 99 cases and later - a theory" a while back - have a look at it.
This showed that Oct 99 to Sep 00 there are only (if you can say "only"
as many cases as Aug 99 and Sep 99. It also assumed that VSC would start on OCT cases some time in Jan. So if VSC goes at 485s as they have been I expect these cases to be looked at from an adjudication point of view (have all data + FP) by Jul - Aug.
(I am unable to search and find it - if you cant I\'ll repost my prediction - its based on myladoors immitracker website data)
