TimeLine for Second FP???

Can anyone let me know what is the typical timeline one needs to do second FP. Situation is, I chaged my job, already called for Adress change at USCIS also got the confirmation letter for the address change. But I was wondering when TSC will send my 2nd FP notice what is time line between 1st FP and sencond FP or subsiquent FPs. Is it not every year you have to do FP???

I believe FPs are valid for 15 months. So technically one should receive a 2nd FP notice if 15 months have passed since the first FP. Needless to say, as with every other thing in this process nothing is for certain.
