Timeline for I-140 RFE

Does anybody know about timeline on I-140 RFE? In other words, If we get RFE on I-140 today, what is the deadline to send reply back to USCIS? I heard the max is 2 months? Is that true? If not, what is the correct duration that we can wait before we submit reply.

RFE response is 90 days from the date of the RFE
notice of intent to deny is 33 days from date of NOID
MTR/appeal is 33 days from date of denial letter.

Note: the response times will probably change sometime in 2005. USCIS has published for comment, the reduction of response times. However, this probably won't take place until sometime late in 2005.

How much time it takes for the USCIS to send the RFE Notice. Is it takes more than a week?
