Timeframe to get a notice of receipt

Hello:
I know this has been asked before but has anyone received a notice of receipt (I-797 I believe) recently, and how long it took from the time the cheques were cashed. I send my app for TN renewal about 3 weeks ago, the cheque was cashed on the 19th but no notice yet.

My sister sent her I- 485 and in less than a week she had her receipt.
Should I worry, is there something I can do about it?

You should not compare the notice of receipt of I-485 application with the notice of receipt of TN application. (u r comparing apples with oranges).
