Timeframe for receiving 2nd FP ??? Please help

Hi,
My 1st FP was received on 25th March, 2002.

My RD is 25th Jan 2002

I have not received 2nd FP yet !!!

What's the estimated timeframe for getting 2nd FP ?

2nd FP timeframe

I heard generally that around 16 months (from FP1) FP2 is received.

Are there people for more than 16 months who have not received FP2 ?

My FP was done on 4/9/02. ND is 2/20/02.
No 2nd FP notice yet either. It is almost 16 months.
 
I recd it

I got the second FP notice yesterday, through my lawyer. It was recd by my lawyer on 7/28/2003. See the details below for my RD, ND and 1st FP dates.

Is there anyway to find out why BCIS has not issued FP2 for my case ?

Also, I see most get FP before 16 months, what to do for cases who do't get 2nd FP for long long long time ??????
 
the results of my first FP were received on 4/10. Therefore, my FP should expire on 7/9. No movement in sight.
 
Check with your lawyer. My 2nd FP notice was only sent to my lawyer, not to my address. This is not like 1st FP notice where both me and my lawyer received a copy.

u r dates are similar to mine i got second FP notice on Jul 1sr week and was scheduled on 25 jul went on 8 jul got it done and BCIS site updated on Jul16th

but my first FP was done in March 2002 so if u r done with 15 months of u r 1st FP u shud be gettgin something now
