My attorney is going to file I-140 and I-485 concurently. Since for I-485, many documents are needed and it takes some time to get them ready. My question is for I-140 and I-485 concurent filing, does it mean we must submit I-140 and I-485 as one package to INS, or submit I-140 first and then I-485 when receiving I-140 receipt?
