i received an RFE for paystubs and employment letter, i responded with a letter with successor interest cause of name change stuff and even a new I 140 ammendment to the existing one. i did so on feb 8th 01 till date no update in avm except for the receipt date of the I 485 which is sept 99. i would like to know if anyone has a good estimate to the timeframe for any further action with regards to my case. feels pretty useless to get any updates from iio since they are humans with very little case update data.
well i am just looking to people with similar experiences and situations?
