TimeFrame after I-140 is approved.

My 140 is approved 2 days ago from VSC. When can i expect my interview ? Mine will be from Mumbai.
3 months ?

While applying for 140 we mentioned for CP -Mumbai. no 824 for us.
I just want to estimate timeframe ..

approximately 6-8 months if everthing happens when it is supposed to happen.

One more question, how long does it take for NVC to create case after 140 is approved. 3-4 weeks ?
 
Yes.

Call the NVC and it will give you the option to enter the 140 no. Once you go through that, it will tell you your NVC no.
