time to wait

Hi, everybody,
I got my fingerprint recorded on May 8th.
Could anybody know how long we have to wait to get greencard? And how to check it?
I am new here, so could anyone please tell me what is the meaning of "IIO"?

It depends upon your ND (Notice date when your I485 was received), PD, Country. IIO means Immigration Officer. Plz. post any other questions you might have.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I know if I want to file I-485 after I-140 approved, I have to wait until my PD, but after I-485 filed, there still has PD?
On the reciept from my I-485 file, it says I have to wait 1 to 1.5 years to get green card, so is that the ND?
