Time to use certified labor

I would like to know how long before we have to use the approved labor. Is there any end date before which the the labor approved for me should be used?

yes, i have seen it, but I am havin trouble getting the experience letter from one of my employers as they are playing dodge ball with me, hence the delay.

There is no end date.

But you need to have all required qualification (education/experience) the day LC was submitted.
