time to think about CP again?

As it appears, the AOS processing is taking 12+ time. And even longer. Is it time to think about switching to CP again? Seems like they are all getting their CP done within 6 months. Why not switch?
 
Can we switch after filling 485

Any idea can we switch after filling 485?
I have applied concurrently and my 140 is approved from vermount.
If we switch how much time it take for CP?

Taking into consideration your Consulates time frame but usually its within 4-5 months. Pretty lucrative, isnt it?
