Time to respond to RFE: Experts pls help!!

I sent my RFE material to USCIS 5 days ago. The USPS mail tracking showed that it was received 4 days ago, however when I checked the USCIS website it shows that it was not received!. How long would it talk USCIS to show that the material was received and also how long would it take them to respond (on average). Thanks
