Time to Receiving Card after Stamping at Houston?

Dear Experts:

I did my PP stamping at Houston@TSC today (March 22). The lady at the counter told me that it may take 1 year for the card to arrive.

If you did your PP stamping at Houston and have received your card, can you tell me how long after stamping did the card arrive?

It may take 6 - 8 weeks. The officer told me that, it will take 9 months. but i got it in 6 weeks.
I did stamping in Houston , TX on 2nd Feb'04

Another Q: I just noticed that the stamping lady forgot to take my I-94. It is still with me. Will that be a problem? I hope not!
