Hello my employer applied for H-1 and I got it on Sep 27th. My employer is saying that my start date will be Dec 27th. My employer is saying that CIS has a rule that one can start before 90 days after getting the H-1 approved. I am not sure if such a rule exists. I am going to India in Nov to get married. I am not sure if this rule exists. Does anyone know? I would appreciate your help
