time to handover processes to Blockbuster

On several instances i have been fined by Blockbuster for holding on to a DVD for an extra day...it seems, Blockbuster - or for that matter any rental co., has a better system to "spot" irregularities efficiently and act upon it .. perhaps they should take charge of managing the TSC documents and spotting the irregularities and delays !!

Another weekend without good news from TSC....
