Time to get Recite Notice For H1 Premium

Does any one know how long does it take to get H1 Reciete Notice from TSC, My lawayer has sent the paper two weeks ago and so far no news. I am not sure whether this lawyer is reliable or not, Please advise,

If it was filed under premium processing, your attorney should have received an e-mail from the service center. I am not sure as to how TSC processes premium processing cases. My H-1B extension was filed at VSC. The FeDEX was received on 02/28/2003. HR got an e-mail on 03/03/2003 with my case number. The case was approved on 03/06/2003 and once again the HR was notified via e-mail about the approval.
 
Question for Vault

Thanks vault for the info. Its been two and half weeks and the lawyer did not recive the Recite notice. The case is new H1 and person belongs to Pakistan, i am not sure whether lawyer is just playing,

Vault i have a question for you:

I heard if person get F1 Visa e.g Master program then he has to finish that degree and then get an H1 approval and H1 Visa otherwise if a person does not complete his F1 degree program then H1 Visa is impossible. Could you please confirm that,
