I got a letter yes'day for I-765/I-485 Finger printing appointment in Newark, NJ for 21st April, 2006. I have an approved I-131 based on the petition filed by my wife(she is a gc-holder).
I tried to search for this, couldn't find this. Maybe need to be smarted
Once I get the Finger printing done, how long will it take to get my EAD? I am on H-1B right now, but eagerly awaiting my EAD, for the obvious reason
Just want to know how soon can I schedule my exit.
