Not me of course! We should file damn 1485 just one day earlier so that we can be the first few of August batch.
The last one of September - the first one of August = 4-6 months gain!!!
Man, we have lost a lot just by one day delay! Actually, my MD is 08/31/2001 but it was too late to reach Vermont.
My laywer sucks.

Strange how I was thinking the same thing yesterday.
My lawyer (moron, bozo #%&$^#) was given the papers in the beginning of the last week of August and he took full10 days to file the papers.
If I didn't have to depend on him to see me through I would fire him!!!!

They all seem to be in the same boat, mine delayed the filings for both the I140 and the I485 by atleast a month each. Since he is the corporate lawyer I cant even change him. I guess we have to deal with it, for now atleast. Once everyone's GC is done then we shall all have better control over things.
