Please help me on this one. we have suffered for long time.
Had to bring my wife on F-1 since I had green card. Then I applied for her green card (I-130) back in 2000 March as a green card holder's wife. This thing is stil not current for AOS. I-130 is approved and it is in VSC.
However, I am getting my citizenship in two weeks. I also moved to west coast. Therefore I am not in VSC area any more. I am planning to apply I-130/I-485 together as a citizen for my wife in San Jose local office. Is this possible at all? is there any catch to this?
