I'd be glad to help

If you need help filling the forms let me know, be glad to help you fill them. You don't need to hire an attorney to file I-485.

That's right. U don't really need a lawer. All applications are pretty straightforward and I filed them all by myself. Why spending hundreds of dollars on lawers if you can do that without any problems?

IRC - international refugee committee

My lawyer wanted to charge me + or - 500 to 800 (can't remember exactly) without immigration fees included to fill out I485 for me. I decided not to do it with him, but I still wanted someone that knows more than I do about asylee adjustment to help me, so I got help with I485 with the people from international refugee committee - I paid more or less 40 or 60 bucks to do it with them (plus the fees anyone has to pay immigrations) link bellow.

Sinnersroom, what does your notice say? If you could share it with the forum, anyone would be able to tell you what you need to do next.

i dont have any notice . the problem is my attorney got arrested last month . he was arrested for labor certificate (immigration )fraude
so iam really worried cause he was represeneted as my attorney on my asylum claim. i was thinking to adjust it myself but god knows what can happen? i want to hire a lawyer cause situation might change into worse.

Sinnersroom,

I am confused, don't know what to say. Use your best judgement, I am not an attorney or paralegal. When it comes to filling out application for Adjustment of status, it is fairly simple.

All USCIS forms have detail instructions, which you will have to follow and provide accurate information. If you are not satisfied with the questions or have any doubts as to how to answer a particular question, ask the forum.

Now as far as providing you with my cell number is concern, I can not do that. I am very sorry, I'd also advice you to contact me through open thread rather than sending me private messages.

I am an asylee, not an attorney. I simply, can not comment, provide you with any suggestion or speculate about any ramification on your case, due to your attorney's arrest by the U.S Authorities.

Regards,
MK
