Time taken for H1B stamping in Toronto

I am planning to visit Toronto to get my H1B Visa stamped (F1-OPT-H1). Could any of you please tell me how many days it normally takes for this process? I was doing some research on nvars.com and they say it *CAN* take upto 60 days. Has anyone experienced such long delays?

I got my stamp at Toronto, 02, 2002. I got my passport back in the same day that I had an interview. Reading some forums, it seems like Toronto is returning a passport with visa stamped in next business day lately. hope this help
 
if you are a citizen of SR (black listed) countries, then expect to wait for at least 3 weeks. Anybody from SR countries with experience, please let us know.
