Time taken for getting a Certified Copy from DOL.

Gurus,

How much time does it take for the USCIS to get a Certified Copy of Labor Certification from DOL?

I have read of cases anywhere from 12-26 weeks. Does the time taken depend upon the Local Centre where the labor was filed??

I have read on this forum for one individual who claimed it had been 12 months since that status in his case and he has lost all hope. I think it is highly dependent on your local labor office.
