The following are the specific dates for my PERM-Labor
1. Prevailing Wage request Jan 30th 2007
2. Job order with SWA Jan 3rd - Feb 7th 2007
3. Job posted in Company Website Dec 10th- Jan 9th 2007
4. Job posted in America's Job Bank Jan 9th- Feb 7th 2007
5. Career / Job Fair Sep 29th 2006
6. Newspaper Adds Feb 11 and Feb 18th 2007
I am planning to file the application on March 22nd which is 30 days from the newspaper advt,is it ok to file it exactly 30 days from the advt?
If you look at the dates they are kind of spread out, let me know if it is ok.
