Hi,
My company in India has applied L1 visa last year for me, but Petition was not approved seeking to classify me as an L-1B Specialized Knowledge worker. Now I'm working in a different company.
My petition was rejected November 2006.
My Questions:
- Can I apply again this year from the new company?
- Initial rejection will have any impact in the new company's petition?
- What is the minimum time required to apply again?
