Time Line for Oath Letter from CSC

My wife and I had the interview on 5th April, 2007 at Oakland, CA. After the interview we were asked to wait for the oath letter. The IO who interviewed me handed over the oath letter after waiting for about 15 minutes. The IO who interviewed my wife came out after an hour and told all the people who were interviewed by her and were waiting outside for the oath letter that she is having some issues with her system so she is unable to get the Oath letter printed. Hence she asked everyone not to wait and she would be sending the oath letter by mail.
We have not received the Oath letter in the mail as of today. (It is only been a week) Any suggestions? How long can we wait for the Oath letter? What should be our next step?
My Oath is scheduled for May 8th.

San Francisco and Oakland office generally takes 2-4 weeks to mail oath letter. Check the SF/Oak timeline thread for yourself.
