Time line for decision on MTR

Folks,

Most of you are aware of my situation.
My MTR on the I485 denial is pending at NSC (not at AAO) since end of Feb. '05.
Do you have any idea on long does it typically take for NSC to decide on MTRs (MOTIC)? :confused:
 
Any change of LUDs?

My MOTIC is pending with NSC since 4/7
On 5/27 LUD changed both for 485 and MOTIC. No message change.
What does it mean? Any ideas?

LUD change means they started working on your case....good sign!
can u let us know the reason for your 485 denial?
u r lucky that they atleast touched ur case within 6-7 weeks of filing MOTIC.
 
My 485 case was denied

on the ground of immaginary gap btw B1 and J1 before I filed for AOS.
According to their own policy COS if granted covers that gap. (Pearson 3/2000 memo).
