Time limitations for Labor Certification

Folks - is there a time limit in which you have to file for labor certification (RIR) after the advertisement is posted?

My advertisement was posted about 4 months ago, and my employer has yet not sent the data back to the lawers so they can file for the certification. Makes me nervous!

There is no exact time limit for filing after advt. The requirement is to establish a pattern of recruitment within past 6 months.
 
You **must** file the application within 6 months since your last advertisement.

I know few cases that are converted to non RIR because they missed the 6 months deadline by a week from CA region!!!
